5 Types of Cannabis Licenses in Canada

Canada was one of the first countries to legalize cannabis for both medical and recreational use.

Canada passed the Cannabis Act in October 2018.

Canada has established a comprehensive system of licenses for the production, distribution, sale and analysis of cannabis products.

These licenses ensure that cannabis products are produced, processed, and distributed safely and effectively, while also providing economic opportunities for those involved in the industry.
